Shipping & Returns
SHIPPING: On all orders there will be a one time Shipping Cost, that will be forwarded on to the customer through the Final Invoice. All shipments need to be specified if there are any extra shipping cost, such as Residential Delivery, Call for an appointment, rescheduling, Lift Gate, Forklift Use or any other specifications needed for you certain shipments. NOTICE these additional cost will be added to the shipping cost and will show up on the one time shipping cost on the invoice. If you do not specify all specification needed for your shipments and we are charged for the addtional charges a bill will be sent to you for those charges amounts. You must call to find out how much the shipping will be to your location. Only then will a shipping quote be provided and a your sale finalized. RETURNS: Return merchandise will only be accepted if it is in the original condition and within thirty days of the purchase date. Returns must be sent freight pre-paid to where the product was delivered from and the buyer must pay the freight. If an order is returned or the buyer does not accept the delivery of an order without prior authorization from Daystar Enterprises, Daystar Enterprises will treat this order as delivered. If after 60 days of unauthorized return or non-acceptance, the customer has not claimed the order and paid the appropriate shipping costs to send merchandise, the merchandise of the order will become Daystar's property and the order will be treated as fulfilled.
